Training Consultant

Essential Job Functions
• Speaking with clients to ensure training / logisitical needs are clearly defined to ensure greater details upon drafting out proposals.
• Customising 5 proposals per day to address client needs.
• Award Cost / Competitor Monitoring to influence pricing structure.
• Create course outline for advertising.
• Follow-up with tenderers regularly & arrange for introductory meetings.
• Cross-sell offerings whenever possible.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree - Psychology
• Fluent English Language Reading / Writing / Speaking Capabilities
• Must be 24 to 28 years old
• Must have a laptop
