DCRC Staff

OB SUMMARY:
Responsible for specific telephone contact with owners regarding services provided by the dealership Sales and Service Departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. proactively contact customers following vehicle purchase, to schedule first maintenance appointment, and set appointment for customer due for maintenance
2. conduct follow-up on appointments that were set but not kept
3. conduct follow-up to verify customer satisfaction on new vehicle sales, warranty, service and concerns resolutions
4. communicate concerns to the appropriate department and ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
5. contact customers to market products and promotions
6. update RO’s through DMS (vehicle history)
7. monitor new units if they are being included in the inventory through DMS
8. monitors customer memorandum to ensure parts ordering and parts arrival

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 
1. a graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any related course.
2. systematic, charismatic and customer-oriented
3. with above average interpersonal and communication skills
4. Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience.
5. familiarity with Ford products & services is a plus.
