1. DEPARTMENT HEADS / STORE SUPERVISORS
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and achievement of the sales of a department including its customer service, shrinkage and security control, merchandise display and product knowledge, housekeeping and business analysis, and policies and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Male / Female, not more than 30yrs old
  • Graduate of any 4yr course preferably Business or any related course from a reputable university
  • Preferably with experience in the same industry
2. CASHIERING SUPERVISORS
>Cashiering Supervisor Administration – Responsible for the accounting of all cash collections and remittances. Prepares and submits Daily Deposit Reports, petty cash replenishment, and Cashiers’ Accountability Report (CAR). Monitors efficiently and acts as custodian of Gift Certificates (GC) and Guarantor Gift Certificates (GGC).
> Cashiering Supervisor Operations – Responsible for the proper batching and accounting of charge transaction documents, and that all cashiers are properly trained and know all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions.
Qualifications:
  • Female, not more than 30yrs old
  • Graduate of any 4yr course preferably Business or any related course from a reputable university
  • Preferably with experience in a service-oriented organization
3. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
- Responsible for the security, receiving, housekeeping, engineering or agency-related concerns of the store. Ensures that contracts for all agencies are updated and bills are settled.
Qualifications:
  • Male, not more than 35yrs old
  • Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Criminology or any related Course
  • Preferably with experience in Administration, Housekeeping, Organizing and Maintenance, and Safety and Security in a service-oriented Company
4. RECEIVERS
- Responsible in receiving and checking the merchandise delivered in the Store. Practices proper customer service, shrinkage and security control, merchandise display, housekeeping, business analysis, policies and making reports.
Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, not more than 30yrs old
  • Graduate of any 4yr course
  • Preferably with background in warehousing in a related industry
