Loans Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for accreditation of cooperatives and other organizations; processing of loan availments; monitoring loans and collection; assisting cooperatives in preparation of action plan, targets, and projects; tapping assistance from external sources for various needs of the accredited cooperative and organization

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
 Male or Female, between 22 - 26 years old
 Preferably resident of Davao City
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
 With knowledge in preparation and evaluation of project proposals, and in community organizing
 Able to relate to all levels in the organization and external clients
 Adept in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
 With good oral and written communication skills
 With driver’s license is an advantage;
 Able to adapt to any work environment
 Can cope with pressure and meet deadlines
 Has sense of urgency
 Willing to travel and work on extended hours if necessary
