* Male / Female, at least high school graduate.
* With minimum of two (2) years experience in food and beverage industry specializing in cooking different cuisines especially Filipino and Mediterranean Cuisine gained from a restaurant or food establishment.
* With knowledge in kitchen operations, food preparation, food presentation, food safety, food handling and hygiene (HACCP).
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants who are based in Davao will be given priority.
* Must be willing to relocate in Mati City, food and accommodation will be provided if hired.
