Uraya Land Development, Inc. is a real estate developer, which was established on March 8, 1994, with a paid-up capital of P50 million.
Its pilot project was undertaken in a 14-hectare subdivision lot in Tagum City. Its second project, Elenita Heights Subdivision is situated in Catalunan Grande and sits on a 50-hectare property with a total of 1,218 housing units. The company is currently processing its License to Sell for its fourth expansion project.
At present, Uraya Land is involved in the development of an 80-hectare property in Catigan, Toril, Davao City called Villa de Mercedes. The company is currently processing its development permit for its expansion project at Phases III and V at Villa de Mercedes.Also being developed is a 10-hectare high-end memorial park in Butuan City.
The company has been in the real estate business for sixteen years and has been a recipient of various awards, among which are Shoppers’ Choice Award as Best Low Cost Housing Developer in Davao City, Most Outstanding Low Cost Housing Developer awarded by the Philippine Marketing Excellence Award, Best Low Cost Housing Provider in Davao City by the National Product Quality Excellence Award, Leading Developer for Economic Housing in Region XI awarded by HLURB.
Below are the vacancies of URAYA LAND DEVT. INC.:
(2)Construction Manager / Project Engineer
  • Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer
  • with at least 3 years Architectural, Structural and Mechanical experience preferably from the petroleum or related industry
  • willing to travel anywhere Mindanao
(2) TORO Mower / Walk behind Operator and Mechanic
  • preferably High School or Vocational Graduate
  • 2 years experience as Toro Operator and Mechanic
  • willing to travel anywhere in Mindanao
