Technical Specialist for Robinsons Retail Group

Robinsons Retail Group is one of the largest retailers in the country operating nine (9) formats (Robinsons Dept. Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Handyman, Robinsons Appliances, Robinsons Specialty Stores, Toys R Us, True Value, Saizen and Howard’s Storage World) located in Robinsons Malls and other malls nationwide.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing assistance in the resolution of problems, maintaining the integrity of the system through the proper implementation of policies, and providing support for POS users.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, not more than 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. (4 yr or 5 yr courses only)
• At least 1 year of working experience related to Technical Support gained from a retail environment.
• Knowledgeable on troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
