Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing assistance in the resolution of problems, maintaining the integrity of the system through the proper implementation of policies, and providing support for POS users.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, not more than 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. (4 yr or 5 yr courses only)
- At least 1 year of working experience related to Technical Support gained from a retail environment.
- Knowledgeable on troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
