Global Forwarding Co., Inc is a cargo forwarding company providing total transportation services covering land, air and sea freight for local and international shipments. The company looking for Customer Service Staff who will assist our clients in handling their cargoes.
SKILLS REQUIRED AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF:
Ø Must have an excellent customer service & communication skills.
Ø Must demonstrate the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear, positive and professional manner with high level of English proficiency.
Ø Must be attentive to instructions and details.
Ø Result oriented and proactive, able to manage projects throughout.
Ø More than anything we are looking for people with a drive to succeed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Shall assist the customer with their shipment bookings.
Ø Shall book shipments with the shipping.
Ø Shall arrange trucking services.
Ø Shall coordinate withdrawal of containers with the shippers, truckers, and shipping lines.
Ø Shall prepare export declaration and other export documents.
Ø Shall follow-up and assist shippers on container cut-off and loading.
Ø Shall submit report on daily transactions.
