-Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare drawings/designs of plans using AUTOCAD
-Assists in all engineering technical works
-Answers phone and direct calls to the proper party or take a message
-Performs clerical works such as; filing of documents/records, preparation of purchase requisition for materials and other related tasks
-Assists in preparation of memos and other correspondence
-Follow-up request for purchase of materials
-Assists in the monitoring of maintenance crew and their day-to-day work assignments
-Performs other related duties as may be required
-Able to work extended hours if necessary
