Human Resource Officer (1)

Job Summary: To lead a team of HR Staffs involved in recruitment, selection & placement, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to meet the manpower requirements of the organization, to administer the compensation and benefits of the employees, to enforce company’s disciplinary management system, to maintain organizational effectiveness through a healthy climate, and to administer company’s career development and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• -Male or Female, 25-35 years old
• -Graduate of any 4-Year College Degree Course preferably in the areas of the Behavioral and Social Sciences.
• -With at least 2 years experience in HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and other similar functions; one (1) year of which in a supervisory/officer level
